She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Commerce from Bangalore University, with specialization in Accountancy and Taxation, and qualified the UGC-NET for Assistant Professor in December 2014. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Commerce from S-VYASA Deemed to be University. With nearly eleven years of experience across undergraduate, postgraduate, and international school levels, she has taught subjects such as Financial Accounting, Innovation Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, and Business Communication. She has also been actively involved in curriculum development, course planning, organising guest lectures and Faculty Development Programmes, coordinating committees and events, and classroom management. Her teaching approach focuses on interactive and holistic learning, personality development, active student engagement, and academic mentoring. Her research interests include Financial Management, Indian Knowledge Systems, and Education and Spirituality.
