She holds a B.A. in Psychology, Journalism, and Women’s Studies from the Indian Institute of Psychology and Research, Bengaluru, and an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research, Mysuru. She qualified the KSET in 2025 and has over two years of experience in the field of mental health counselling. She is certified as an Associate Counsellor by the World Mental Healthcare Association. She has previously worked as a Student Counsellor under the “Jeevani Project” at NMSM Government College, Kalpetta, St. Mary’s College, Sulthan Bathery, and W.M.O., Muttil, Wayanad. Her areas of specialization include Counselling, Psychotherapy, Crisis Intervention, Emotional Support, Psychological Assessment, and Psychological Intervention.
