Educational Qualifications and Work Experience:
He holds a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Karnataka State Law University’s Law School and an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Laws from Bangalore University, and has qualified the Karnataka State Eligibility Test for Assistant Professor. He has around ten years of teaching experience across undergraduate and postgraduate levels, having previously served at South-East Asian Law College and Alliance University before joining KLE Law College. His areas of academic interest include Intellectual Property Law, Information Technology Law, Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Research Methodology, and AI & Law. He has expertise in AI and Law and is currently pursuing Ph.D. research on the legal regulation of AI-assisted robotic surgeries. His teaching and research reflect an interdisciplinary approach combining doctrinal legal analysis, technology law, cybersecurity, and emerging issues in artificial intelligence regulation.
