Educational Qualifications and Work Experience:
He holds a Ph.D. in Law from Symbiosis International University, Pune, with doctoral research on Muslim Women’s Right to Property in India, along with an LL.M. from Pune University, LL.B. and Diploma in Human Rights from Shivaji University, and B.A. in English from Shivaji University. He has also qualified UGC-NET and SET in Law. He brings over twelve years of academic experience, having previously served at Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and the Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad. His areas of expertise include Family Law, Personal Laws, Women’s Rights and Gender Justice, Child Rights, Uniform Civil Code, Interpretation of Statutes, Judicial Process, Environmental Law, Law and Emerging Technologies, Legal Research, Curriculum Development, Clinical Legal Education, and Access to Justice. He has an extensive research profile with several publications in Scopus-indexed journals, conference proceedings, UGC-Care listed journals, and edited volumes.
