K Kevin Mathew Philip is an Assistant Professor of Law at KLE Law College. He holds a B.A. LL.B. from Symbiosis International University and an LL.M. with Criminal Law concentration from National Law School of India University. He has engaged in legal research and practice in civil liberties and human rights law. His areas of interest include Constitutional Law, Criminal Justice, Civil Liberties, and Human Rights Law.
